Policies
-Please note that you must be out of the Unit by 10:15AM the LATEST. You will receive a $150 fee if you are out of the unit later than 10:15AM and will be charged an additional $50 for every 15minute interval that you are late after that. We have had problems with guests leaving late in the past and need to make sure that our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean the unit before the next guests arrive. -No pets are allowed in the listing. You will be charged a $400 Pet Fee if you are caught with a pet in the unit -No parties or events are allowed in the unit. You will immediately be kicked out of the unit if you hold an event at the unit and will be charged a $1,000 fee -You are not allowed to walk on any docks other than the dock that is for your unit ONLY. Entering other docks will be considered the same as TRESPASSING.
Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Cancellation Policy: Full refund up until 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund of accommodation fee up to 1 week prior to arrival, then non-refundable.

On the left side of the front of the house there are two cameras overlooking the pathway and parking lot. Another camera is next to the door at the front center of the home that says "Main-Sul" which is OFF LIMITS to guests

This is a fantastic and cozy spot near bar harbor! If you’re planning on going to Acadia or Bar Harbor it is a easy drive to the other half of the island. It’s away from the hustle and bustle while still being super close. The town of southwest harbor is within walking distance (less than a mile) and has some hidden gems in it!
