Policies

-Please note that you must be out of the Unit by 10:15AM the LATEST. You will receive a $150 fee if you are out of the unit later than 10:15AM and will be charged an additional $50 for every 15minute interval that you are late after that. We have had problems with guests leaving late in the past and need to make sure that our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean the unit before the next guests arrive. - No pets are allowed in the unit. You will be charged a $400 Pet Fee if you are caught with a pet in the unit -No parties or events are allowed in the unit. You will immediately be kicked out of the unit if you hold an event at the unit and will be charged a $1,000 fee

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Cancellation Policy: Full refund up until 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund of accommodation fee up to 1 week prior to arrival, then non-refundable.

There are stairs up to the entryway as well as interior stairs to the second floor bedroom and bathroom. Please note that the interior stairs are fairly vertical and narrow.
